I believe life should be joyful and our health and well-being are a deep reflection of how much we allow ourselves to fall into the healing arms of Mother Nature.
Living with beauty, joy, radiance and abundance is our birth-right and when we connect with our truth, surrender to the flow of the Universe and allow our heart to open we become a magnet to love and miracles.
My work is crafted to guide you gently but powerfully to your higher self so that you can truly live a life that lights you up.
I help you reclaim your radiance, health and innate power to live in alignment, harmony and joy.
I can help you understand how embodiment of your feminine energy creates freedom and fulfilment and that balancing both male and female parts within allows you to fully claim your abundance.
The foundation of my work is based on sacred self-love, vibrational energy, the Natural Laws of the Universe, and the magic, wonder and enchantment that is all around us.
I have founded several coaching and healing programmes including the Nurture, Fragrant Goddess, Vision, Manifest and Rose Healing Programmes. I run regular on-line and in person gatherings including Sacred Circles, Sabbat Ceremonies, Rituals and Retreats.
I began my career in pharmaceutical medicine using my degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and have also trained and taught as a secondary school teacher of biology, chemistry and physics
My heart has always been with the natural world and my calling to work with plant medicine, holistic practices, elementals and the Goddess and has grown stronger since first exploring aromatherapy over 30 years ago.
I am a qualified life and intuitive coach, yoga teacher, faeryologist, advanced flower essence consultant, reiki master, crystal therapist and aromatherapist and have been working for over 20 years within natural health and well-being to help people live fulfilled, happy, radiant and abundant lives.
I am also qualified in pregnancy yoga and massage and baby yoga and the birth of my first son guided more deeply to support other women and mothers on their ever-changing journey through life.
Most recently I have been ordained as an Aphrodite Rose Priestess and weave this into my life and work
I live in the British Countryside with my 3 boys and various animals and have an enchanted little fairy farm, guarded by two mini horses and Penelope the goose.
